Welcome to Habit 5: Social Support and Community. If you are trying to create health habits alone, it may be harder than creating habits with friends or family. Think of someone in your family or maybe even one of your friends who may want to create healthy habits together. Who can be your accountability buddy? As we are focusing on social support, think of ways you can show kindness to others. Use your participant packet and color in the flowers when you show kindness or support to someone.
